No Show / Cancellations

If the renter will not appear two (2) hours after the confirmed pick up time and do not notice through phone any delay, supplier has the right to declare No Show and not provide a car in case of show up later.

Important

If renter’s credit card is not valid or does not have the sufficient amount for the deposit required, service will not be provided. In this situation, booking will be cancelled, and a fee of 3 days rental will be applied.

Driver Age

The minimum driver’s age is 19 years and the maximum driver’s age is 70 years.

A young driver surcharge of $12 + VAT per day up to a maximum charge of $100 + VAT per rental will apply for drivers aged from 19 years to 22 years

A old driver surcharge of  $12 +VAT per day apply for drivers 64 years to 70 years

Driver’s License

Drivers must hold a full and valid license for at least 2 years with no major endorsements. Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at time of pick up.

Customers can drive on their domestic license.

An International Driver’s License (IDL) is not required.

Renter must hold his car rental voucher and provide it at the pickup time.

Insurance Coverage

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

It is included in your rental amount.

Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.

The excess amount for CDW (excl. VAT) depends upon the vehicle groups:

The maximum excess amount for economy (4-5 door, manual, Unspecified Fuel/Power With Air) and economy (4-5 door, manual, Diesel No Air) vehicle groups is $1500.

The maximum excess amount for economy (4-5 door, manual, Diesel Air) vehicle groups is $1600.

The maximum excess amount for mini and economy (4-5 door, manual, Diesel Air) vehicle groups is $1700.

The maximum excess amount for economy (4-5 door, automatic, Diesel Air) vehicle groups is $1800.

The maximum excess amount for standard (4-5 door) vehicle groups is $2200.

The maximum excess amount for intermediate SUV groups is $2500.

The maximum excess amount for intermediate cossover and luxury Van groups is $3000.

The maximum excess amount for intermediate Special groups is $3500.

The maximum excess amount for full size SUV groups is $4000.

The maximum excess amount for full size (4-5 door) vehicle groups is $4500.

The maximum excess amount for luxury elite (Open Air All Terrain) vehicle groups is $7000.

The maximum excess amount for luxury elite special vehicle groups is $8000.

Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)

It is included in your rental amount. Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited cover for personal injuries and material damages.

Please Note: 1. Underneath and roof of the car are not covered by any insurance company in Morocco.

2. Glasses and mirrors are not covered.

3. Tires and wheels are not covered.

4. In case of accident, the customer will be charged an administration fee of $100 (incl. VAT) per case.

5. The renter is not covered by any Insurance, if damage/accident is caused by alcohol, drugs use or transportation of illegal materials.

Excess Reduction

In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount up to a small manageable amount.

The price of Super CDW varies according to the vehicle groups which are as follows:

$15 per day - For economy (4-5 door, manual, Unspecified Fuel/Power With Air) and economy (4-5 door, manual, Diesel No Air) vehicle groups. It reduces the excess amount to $750.

$15 per day - For economy (4-5 door, manual, Diesel Air) (Dacia Logan Diesel or Hyundai I20 or similar) vehicle groups. It reduces the excess amount to $800.

$15 per day - For mini and economy (4-5 door, manual, Diesel Air) (Dacia Sandero Stepway or similar) vehicle groups. It reduces the excess amount to $850.

$15 per day - For economy (4-5 door, automatic) vehicle groups. It reduces the excess amount to $900.

$22 per day - For standard vehicle groups. It reduces the excess amount to $1100.

$25 per day - For intermediate Crossover vehicle groups. It reduces the excess amount to $1500.

$30 per day - For intermediate special groups. It reduces the excess amount to $1750.

$30 per day - For full size SUV groups. It reduces the excess amount to $2000.

N/A- For full size (4-5 door) vehicle groups. It reduces the excess amount to – please refer attached sheet.

N/A - For luxury elite (Open Air All Terrain) vehicle groups. Please refer attached sheet.

N/A - For intermediate SUV groups. Please refer attached sheet.

N/A- For luxury Van groups. It reduces the excess amount to please refer attached sheet.

N/A- For luxury elite special groups. It reduces the excess amount to please refer attached sheet..

Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk. For more information please check at the rental desk.

Important

Insurance (Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Super CDW) does not cover:

a. Intentional damage or damage due to gross negligence on the part of the driver.

b. Damage resulting from the driver being under the influence of alcohol, stimulants or sedatives, or in any other way incapable of driving the vehicle in a safe manner.

c. Damage due to race or test driving.

d. Damage due to war, revolution, civil unrest and riots.

e. Damage done by animals.

f. Holes burned into seats, carpets, or mats.

g. Damage affecting only wheels, tires, suspension, batteries, glass, radios, or loss by theft of parts of the vehicle and damage resulting from this.

h. Damage caused by driving on rough roads to the vehicle's transmission, drive and other parts that are in or attached to the chassis; damage to the chassis resulting from the vehicle scraping bottom on rough roads, e.g., ridges being left by road graders; stones lodged in the road surface or on the shoulder of the road. The same applies to damage occurring when stones are thrown up, striking the underside of the vehicle during driving.

i. Damage resulting from driving in places where vehicle traffic is banned, such as on paths, tracks, banks of snow, ice, unbridged rivers or streams, beaches, places only accessible at low tide, or other trackless areas.

j. Damage caused by sand, gravel, ash, pumice, or other kinds of earth material being blown onto the vehicle.

k. Damage and loss that the Lessor suffers if the vehicle is stolen.

l. Water damage to the vehicle.

Fees

Airport surcharge of $25 will apply.

Other fees:

1. In case of tickets/fines, the customer will be charged an administration fee of $100 (VAT included) per case.

2. In case of police removal of the vehicle’s license plate you will be charged 2-days rental.

3. In case losing car registration papers extra charge will be applied.

4. If the vehicle is returned excessive dirty, a biological cleaning fee of $50 will be charged. Photographic evidence will be provided as proof.

5. Loss of vehicle documents fee: $400 . This fee only applies if the car is returned without the documents.

Breakdown Assistance

Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire. In case of emergency, call at +212 522 97 47 47.

Fuel Policy

You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel, missing fuel plus a refueling charge will apply on your return. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.

Mileage Policy

Unlimited

Cross border Travel

Cross border is not allowed.

Tax Rate

Tax is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, tax would be levied separately.

Payment Methods and Deposit

Only Master Card and Visa credit cards are accepted and must be in the main renter's name while paying at the rental desk.

Cash, pre-paid cards, Debit Card, Diners Club and American Express are not accepted.

Deposit

A refundable deposit varying from $1500 to $8000 depending on the vehicle group) is held from the credit card at the time of rental until the vehicle is returned. The final amount due will be calculated and deducted after rental.

The credit card must be non-electronic with embossed numbers

Delivery and collection

Delivery and collection service is available only on request for an additional charge starting from $40 per service.

Out of Hours

Out of hour delivery and collection is available at an additional charge of $50 per service.

Grace Period

for vehicle pick up:

2 hours grace period is allowed. After 2 hours the booking will be cancelled automatically.

for vehicle return:

The minimum rental period is one day: 24 hours from pickup. Any Customers returning cars outside that time will be given 90 minutes grace, after which they will be subject to an additional charge.

Extras

Please note that the insurance offered by the supplier does not cover damage to the interior and accessories of the vehicle.

Please note that a 5 € surcharge will be applied to your credit card to release the deposit at the end of the rent

Confirmation of Special Equipment depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
